David Goggins
Rear Admiral Davd Goggins recently retired from the US Navy, after serving 34 years, leading the design, construction, and sustainment of nuclear-powered submarines for the US Navy. Prior to retirement, he was the Special Assistant for the Australian-United Kingdom-United States (AUKUS) Partnership. He currently has his own consulting company, providing executive consulting with a focus on strategy development, program management, risk/opportunity strategy, and industrial base strategy development.
