Juan Martinez serves as Head of Strategy at Maritime Operations Group, where he spearheads initiatives to advance maritime defense capabilities through disruptive commercial solutions. A former U.S. Navy SEAL with over 20 years of distinguished service, Juan brings comprehensive expertise in submarine operations, maritime security, and strategic planning to his role. His military career encompassed executive positions at SEAL Delivery Vehicle Team ONE and Special Operations Command Europe, where he accumulated thousands of hours leading manned submersible operations both surface and subsurface. Juan now dedicates his expertise to pioneering non-traditional commercial submarine initiatives within the traditional maritime industrial base.
